Featured Fans
First and foremost, I would like to thank the Team Prophecy gang and Erin Albert for having such an amazing contest! Ok, now onto the good stuff…
Whoohoo! I am so honored to be the first Featured Fan! Thank you!! I have been a fan of Erin’s ever since we connected via twitter a few months ago. I can’t remember the exact conversation, but I’m pretty sure it had to do with either writing or some Hollywood hunk that we were both drooling over. LOL
You see, I had just started my blog, Everything Marie, in July and of course, when one starts something new, they must promote. So, I took to Twitter. Within a few days, I had already connected to fellow bloggers who then connected me to authors. I specifically remember chatting with my gal pal, Crystal (Crystal in Bookland) who was raving about Erin Albert. From then on, I was a fan.
Erin has been such a huge part of my blog start-up. She is there promoting right along with me and spreading the love. I've come to realize that even though I've never met Erin in person, I can tell she has a pure and genuine soul. Almost every day, she has me laughing hysterically to the point of wetting my pants. It's great. On top of all that; she is a personal trainer who loves kickboxing. She is one badass chick!
I even had the pleasure of interviewing her and found out we have so many things in common. Here are just a few similarities:
1. We are both grammar freaks
2. We love, love, love Alcide from True Blood
3. Vin Diesel, enough said…
4. We are both freelance editors
5. We share the same vice…SODA!
I simply cannot wait until November! The Prophecy is going to be an amazing book. I love the plot and the different characters and their abilities! I am definitely on Team Vanguard and to have super human strength… Hell yea! I would love to kick some butt! On top of all that, the Clan’s Crests are amazing. The design is flawless and exquisite.
I have read of few of the teasers and snippets and it kind of reminds me of Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings. I absolutely love this genre and I will be the first in line on release day, unless its e-book, then I’ll be there in spirit when she finally hits that publish button.
About Tiffany Marie:
Tiffany Marie is 28 years old and has always loved to read. Growing up in New York City, she spent most of her free time reading on subways and buses. Her other hobbies include; photography, watching football (Go Giants), and playing video games. She remembers the first novel she read was Charlotte's Web by E.B. Wright at the age of 9. At a young age, she began to write short stories, poems, and even episodes to her favorite television series. Apparently, she thought Fox and ABC networks were going to hire a 12 year old writer. Her plan to become a writer was in motion.
But with the attacks of September 11, and the loss of three people; she decided to serve her country and so, at the age of 17, she enlisted in the United States Navy and became a firefighter and a mechanical engineer. She did most of her reading while on deployments and also documented her journeys and experiences onto paper.
Tiffany Marie currently lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. She has just started her first blog, Everything Marie to help readers and authors share their love of books and to voice her opinions on her favorite things in life. With all of the inspiration and advice she has acquired from other authors and bloggers, she has finally decided to work on her first novel.
